Meta One Subscription Brings New Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus Features Alongside Expanded Meta AI Access

Meta’s new subscription service adds more than 50 premium features, expanded AI access and dedicated plans for individual users, creators and businesses.

Meta has launched Meta One, a new subscription service that brings additional features and expanded AI access to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI. The company is offering different plans for regular users, AI-focused users, creators and businesses.

Meta One does not replace the free versions of its apps. Instead, the Meta One subscription plans are aimed at people who want more customisation, creative tools, AI capabilities and business-focused features.

Meta One includes more than 50 features across Meta’s major apps, with the company planning to add support for Edits, AI glasses and other experiences in the future.

For individual users, Meta is offering separate Instagram Plus, WhatsApp Plus and Facebook Plus subscriptions. Instagram Plus includes features such as custom fonts, Story view notifications and DM previews. WhatsApp Plus adds extra themes, icons, stickers and more chat-pinning options, while Facebook Plus offers Messenger customisation, Reels insights and other features.

Meta is also introducing Core and Premium plans for users who want expanded access to Meta AI. These subscriptions include the features available through the three individual app plans, along with greater access to AI-powered image and video generation and Meta’s Muse models.

Meta AI will continue to be available for free for everyday use. The paid plans are primarily aimed at users who want to create more content and use advanced AI tools more frequently.

Meta One also includes dedicated creator and business subscription plans. These packages offer enhanced profiles, expanded audience tools and features designed to help businesses interact with customers more effectively.

Businesses can get greater access to Meta Business Agent on WhatsApp, an AI-powered tool designed to answer customer questions around the clock. Meta also plans to introduce additional AI features for marketing, content creation and business operations.

The Meta One pricing starts at ₹79 per month for WhatsApp Plus and ₹99 per month for both Instagram Plus and Facebook Plus. The Core plan costs ₹549 per month, while Premium is priced at ₹1,950 per month.

For creators and businesses, subscription prices start at ₹639 per month and go up to ₹20,990 per month for the Max plan.

Meta says Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI will continue to offer free core experiences. Meta One subscriptions are designed to provide additional features, greater customisation and expanded access to AI-powered tools.
