Ministry of Railways Unveils RailOne: A Unified Platform for Ticket Booking, Train Tracking, Food Orders, and More
The Ministry of Railways has launched the RailOne app, offering unified access to ticketing, train tracking, refunds, food ordering, and complaint services on Android and iOS platforms.

The Ministry of Railways has officially released a new mobile app called RailOne.Its goal is to make travel-related services easier for train passengers all over India.Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched the app, which is being called a "superapp" because it combines many public-facing functions into one platform.
RailOne was made by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) and may be downloaded for free on Android and iOS devices. The SwaRail app has been in beta since February, and this new platform is the final version.
Passengers no longer have to switch between several apps for different requirements with RailOne.The app lets users book reserved and unreserved tickets, platform tickets, and also check their PNR status, coach positions, and even freight and parcel tracking. This integration makes it a single solution for all kinds of railway services.
Real-time train tracking is one of the best things about the app.Passengers can see current information on things like train arrival times, delays, and route changes, which helps them plan their trips better.
The app also gives users access to Rail Madad, which lets them raise and monitor complaints or provide feedback directly to Indian Railways. Also, with the app, customers can order meals from partner vendors while on board, which makes their trip even better.
You may also request refunds for trips that were canceled or missed right from the app.You can use the built-in R-Wallet to make payments. This is a digital wallet that is easy to use.
RailOne is easy to use because it has multi-lingual support and a Single Sign-On (SSO) login method. This means that people can use the same login information to go into other railway apps, such as IRCTC RailConnect or UTS.You can log in with biometric authentication or m-PIN, which makes the process safe and easy to use.
In short, RailOne is a big step toward making the Indian railway system more digital and efficient.
